Every driver who renews their driving license from this year will receive a Q.R. Motor Transport Commissioner (Development) Mrs. Trofi de Silva said that the new driving license with the code will be issued.

Ms. Kofi de Silva said that Sri Lankans currently have four types of driving licenses when all those driving licenses are updated, the new Q.R. She also mentioned that a coded driving license will be issued.
